Impact Branding does quality work on customizing items for your brand. I work for a membership centered non-profit organization, and we order all of our membership giveaway items from Impact Branding. A few big takeaways:
1) They are quick and have customer oriented communicators. I always get responses to my emails within 2-3 hours or less.
2) They are responsible. We have had almost zero quality issues with the products we have ordered, but if there has ever been any problems with a shipment then the Impact Branding representatives will work with you to resolve any challenges that may have occurred.
